I started my journey as a graduate in Materials Science Engineering, but wellness was always close to my heart, inspired by my father who holds a Master’s in Physical Education and a strong foundation in body anatomy. I joined yoga as a student, and what began as a personal practice soon became a passion. Deeply inspired by its benefits, I pursued certifications in Power Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, and Multi-Style Yoga from reputed academies, while teaching alongside my learning.
As my interest in holistic health grew, I expanded my expertise with certifications in Nutrition Coaching and Fitness Training, giving me the tools to guide others beyond the mat. Most recently, I discovered Pilates, where I was drawn to its emphasis on anatomy, posture correction, stability, and core strength.
Today, I bring together Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, and Fitness to help people build balance, strength, and confidence in both body and mind.
